Yes, every website campaign that is deleted is archived and backed up in our database. We would be able to bring your campaign back if you provide us with further details through our support ticket system.

Please contact your web host provider to see if they are having server issues. If you pause your website campaign and your site goes back up, it is likely that the web server you are using cannot handle the amount of traffic it is receiving from the campaign. You can either upgrade your web server or try lowering the maximum hits per hour in the settings so that your website does not get overwhelmed with visitors we send you.

If you visited a page on our network that you feel has violated our terms, you can report the page by going to History tab and viewing the Surf History table.
There will be a list of the past 5 webpages you visited and a flag icon beside it. Click on the flag icon to report the site to us and we will review it as soon as possible.
You may also submit a ticket here: http://10khits.com/dashboard/support/submit-ticket if the site is not listed in the Surf History anymore. Please be sure to select the “Report URL Violation” category.

To view a report of your surf history, click on the “History” tab on the left sidebar of the dashboard after logging into your account.
At the top of the history page, you’ll find a table for surfing history. Here it will list the site # and URL of the last 10 pages you’ve visited on our network. This is a great way to revisit a page you recently visited or to report a page that is violating our terms of service.

To view a report of your billing history, click on the “History” tab on the left sidebar of the dashboard after logging into your account.
Below the surf history, you’ll find a billing history table. This table will show a list of all your payments including payment date, transaction id, total, method and purchased items. This can be useful to keep track of your purchases with 10KHits.

To submit a support ticket to our customer service team go to: http://10khits.com/ashboard/support/submit-ticket or click on the “Support” tab on the left sidebar of the dashboard after logging into your account.
Scroll down the page and click on the “Submit a ticket” button.
Here you can submit any ticket related to general inquiries, billing, sales, suggestions, bugs and URL violations. Select the category for the nature of your ticket and give your ticket a subject. Input the subject and content of your ticket and click “Submit” when you are done.
It may take up to 24-48 hours to get a response from our team.

When you receive a response from us, you’ll be notified by e-mail that you have received a response. You can also check the status of your support ticket by clicking on the “Support” tab on the left sidebar of the dashboard after logging into your account.
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a section for “My Tickets” in which you can see the tickets that are currently open, awaiting your reply or solved. You’ll also find the ticket id, subject, requester, last activity and status.
You can click on the subject link of your tickets view the activity between you and our customer support team.
