Why does my website crash or time out when I run the website campaign?

Please contact your web host provider to see if they are having server issues. If you pause your website campaign and your site goes back up, it is likely that the web server you are using cannot handle the amount of traffic it is receiving from the campaign. You can either upgrade your web server or try lowering the maximum hits per hour in the settings so that your website does not get overwhelmed with visitors we send you.
