Incident History

  • 8:24 PM – Solved. Optimized server configuration and scripts. Sorry about the downtimes!
  • 1:55 PM – Web server hanging intermittently.
  • 10:04 AM – Web server transferred to new node.
  • 9:34 AM – Web server throwing segmentation faults.
  • 6:22 AM – Replaced RAM sticks and updated BIOS.
  • 6:06 AM – We believe the crash occurred due to faulty RAM.
  • 5:52 AM – Investigating issue with server logs.
  • 5:35 AM – Web server has crashed.2
