  • 10:25 PM – Solved. Mitigated DDoS Attack.
  • 10:00 PM – Not a faulty hardware issue. Possible DDoS Attack.
  • 9:45 PM – Queries optimized, still heavy server load. Investigating.
  • 8:30 PM – We believe the lag has to do with slow queries. Still pinpointing issue.
  • 8:00 PM – Investigating issue with database queries.
  • 7:45 PM – Intermittent lag discovered.

  • 8:24 PM – Solved. Optimized server configuration and scripts. Sorry about the downtimes!
  • 1:55 PM – Web server hanging intermittently.
  • 10:04 AM – Web server transferred to new node.
  • 9:34 AM – Web server throwing segmentation faults.
  • 6:22 AM – Replaced RAM sticks and updated BIOS.
  • 6:06 AM – We believe the crash occurred due to faulty RAM.
  • 5:52 AM – Investigating issue with server logs.
  • 5:35 AM – Web server has crashed.2

  • 4:34 PM – Issues with payment gateways. Purchases disabled until resolved.
  • 2:15 PM – Completed. Website is launched!
  • 1:57 PM – Restructing database completed. Finalizing.
  • 1:43 PM – Configuration web application completed. Restructuring database.
  • 1:30 PM – Import completed. Configuring new web application.
  • 1:23 PM – Export completed. Importing users data to new server.
  • 1:15 PM – Exporting users data.
  • 1:00 PM – Website shutdown for maintenance.
